How to Have 1000s Attend Your Linkedin LIVE Video ft. Restream (We had 16k Views When We Did This!)

Updated: Jul 22, 2022

"Should I go live on LinkedIn?", "What are the keys to having an excellent live?", "How do I get people to show up?", and also "How do I use Restream to not only go live on LinkedIn but also Youtube and Facebook at the same time?" If you haven't gone live yet, you ain't living.

In this video, I'm going to answer all these questions and tell you the number one thing that gets people to attend your live streams, and yet so few people do it.

Here are the keys to having an excellent LinkedIn LIVE and getting thousands of people to show up.

1️⃣ If you don't have LinkedIn LIVE, you'll need to apply for it, link in the comments.

2️⃣ You can't go live directly from LinkedIn, you need a broadcasting tool. I recommend Restream. Link in comments.

3️⃣ Names - Make sure to say people’s names when they say hello or ask a question. Helps to create a relationship through the live.

4️⃣ Moderator - have a moderator. Have them compile the names and questions & comments that are post pertinent. Trust me, this helps you to be much less bumbling.

5️⃣ Lag - Factor in a 10 second delay for your presentation. If you ask a question, plan to give additional context while waiting on the answers to flow in.

🍊Many more tips in the video including how to get people to attend your lives!

And shoutout to Austin Belcak, mentioned in this video for hosting high-value lives. For sure follow him!

Hi! I like your content, please tell me what software do you use to work with videos? I tried to find a video about this on your blog, but I couldn't. I want to try my hand at creating podcasts too, have you heard anything about www.movavi.com/ for video editing? If you know something about this, then please tell me, is this a good choice for a beginner?
